Pacific Coast

The Guatemalan Pacific Coast is known as “The World`s Sailfish Capital”. It is conformed by three departments: Escuintla, Suchitepequez and Retalhuleu. Its main commercial activities include fishing, livestock, sugar cane and cotton.

The sand of this interesting beaches is composed of volcanic debris thanks to the 30 Guatemalan vulcanoes.
